BREAKING NEWS: PROFESSOR ABUBAKAR RESIGNS AS NUC EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Professor Abubakar Rasheed, who is the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), has resigned from his position voluntarily.
He resigned on Monday, as he disclosed that his next move was to return back the Bayero University Kano to continue his job as a lecturer.
Abubakar made this known during the approval of Kogi State University Kabba, in Abuja on Monday as he maintained that it would enable him to return to the classroom, which was his primary place of assignment.
Recall that the National Association of Nigerian Students ( NANS) had called for Rasheed’s resignation because of geometric increase in tuition fee.
