COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN FRANCE PASS UNANIMOUS JUDGEMENT AGAINST SAME SEX MARRIAGE

An International human rights court in Strasburg France, has ruled against the validity of same sex marriage describing it as an aberration to natural principles.
The international court of human rights made up of 47 judges from 47 countries unanimously endorsed a ruling that there is no right to same sex marriage.
They based their ruling, taking into consideration, myriads of philosophical, and anthropological considerations of natural order, common sense, scientific reports and positive law.
Taking cognisance of article 12 of the European convention on Human rights, it points at the treaty of articles 17 of the P San Jose Act and 23 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
The court noted that the notion of the family has always been the traditional concept of marriage of the union of man and woman. The court ruled that marriage should not be made open to accommodate anything else other than union of man and woman.
The court refused any appeal for an imposition to be made on any government to open marriage to persons of the same sex.
Treating the concept of non-discrimination, the court explained that there is no discrimination, clarifying that states are free to reserve marriage only to heterosexual, that is opposite sex couples.
The imperatives of this judgement of the international court in Strasburg is that the court has upheld the traditional sanctity and identity of marriage as a union between a male and female mature beings and not a union of a man and a man or a woman and a woman. It has foreclosed practice of bestiality, when are man or a woman could bond with an animal as a marriage option.
Through legal instruments, sanity is promoted in the global plane…let all nations queue into this to uproot sodomy.
