NJABA LAWMAKER-ELECT, EZENGWORI, GETS SET AS 10TH IMO ASSEMBLY GETS INAUGURATED
A change of baton is about to take place as the Lawmaker Elect for Njaba Constituency, Chief Ozioma Worship Ebonine, Ezengwori Njaba, gets ready to step into the vacated place of Igolo Njaba.
Ezengwori who was massively voted for by the people, becomes the 5th elected Lawmaker to represent Njaba Constituency in the hallowed Chambers of Imo State House of Assembly since the 4th Republic that commenced in 1999.
Recall that since the advent of the 4th Republic, the following people have represented, they are: Hon. Chuma Nnaji, (1999 – 2007), Hon. Josephat Emenaha (2007 – 2011), Hon. Chino Obioha (2011 – 2015) and Hon. Uju Onwudiwe (2015 – 2023). Ezengwori now becomes the 5th elected Lawmaker to represent Njaba Constituency.
According to the release by Imo State House of Assembly, the Inauguration of the 10th house will hold on Friday, 16th June, 2023, at the assembly complex.
Chief Ozioma Worship Ebonine has arranged a post Inauguration Thanksgiving celebration and homecoming for Sunday, 18th June, 2023. The event will serve as an event to mark the milestone of his entry into the hallowed Chambers, a mark of victory for the people and appreciation to the Njaba electorates.
The man of the youth zone has emphasized that he is going to Imo State House of Assembly to provide quality servant leadership representation, a promise to fight for greater Njaba and well-being of the state.
The governor of Imo State has been slated as the special guest of honour at the Thanksgiving scheduled to hold at St. Matthew Anglican Church, Umuele, Amazano, Umuaka ancient kingdom, Njaba LGA.
