Pep Guadiola is a household name among football coaches of top clubs in Europe. He was a player with Barcelona FC, Spain and later became coach of his boyhood club, the same club.

Procuring players with intensity, technical superiority and resilience with the mental aptitude of champions became the secret that gradually lifted the club beyond near success level into a leading club in Europe.
The football season of 2022/2023 has ended with Manchester City, not just retaining their trophy as the EPL Champions, but went ahead to win treble. The club won English FA trophy, beating Manchester United. They also lifted EPL even with 2 remaining matches in hand dusting Arsenal to a distant second place.
The domestic double did not inject illusion in them as they filed out to life the elusive UEFA Champions League trophy that had it’s finals played in Istanbul Turkey.
Lifting the treble in a season, Manchester City has proved that they are the best club both in England and in Europe. No wonder a commentator rightly qualified the club along with Simeon Inzaghi, the coach of Inter Milan, as the best club in the world, all thanks to Coach Pep Guadiola.
There is no doubt that his discipline, player management skills, star relational psychology, sustenance of tempo as a coach for a potential champions club and his ability to manage the ego of top players while steadying the performance rader is rare attribute for which Mr Pep Guadiola has thrived.
Champions start from a point and begin to rule the world. Pep Guadiola has proved that his success at Barcelona was not a product of existing structure of the club but his mental capacity as a producer of champions. He has joined the elite club of great coaches, winning treble in England and Europe, a rare feat by all standards.
