SECURITY – Empowerment of all security agencies and setting up of community Vigilante Services in liason with traditional institutions.

1. Imo Rescue market, otherwise known as the malesia market, will receive a face lift under my watch. I will ensure the provision of adequate infrastructure for ease of doing business.
2. Revival of Agriculture Department of the council and resuscitation of all council farms,Establishment of new Agricultural Hubs in 3 major locations to boost productivity,food security, and sufficiency in obowoLGA.
3. HEALTH- will witness boost under my watch, Health personnels will be employed,trained and re trained for the provision of health care and insurance services with lmo health insurance scheme of His Excellency Distinguished senator Hope Uzodinma Every political ward shall have a functional health center.

EDUCATION- I will make sure our teachers are trained and retrained, teaching aids will be provided for as well as prompt payment of teachers salaries, we must build modern class room blocks with solar-powered light, modern teaching facilities under my watch.There shall be 3 modern vocational and entrepreneurial schools for skills acquisition and training of out of school children and graduates aimed at job and wealth creation. School sports and games will get a boost under my watch. I will approve scholarships to the best students from Obowo every year to the university level to encourage hard work in education

1. EMPLOYMENT- OUR YOUTHS WILL BE GIVEN DIRECT

EMPLOYMENT. workers will be trained and re trained for efficient service delivery. Many roaming youths will be engaged in my operation zero pot – hole project across the 10 wards. Bush paths will be replaced with beautiful flowers n trees . Women and the girl child in obowo will be happier again as EMPLOYMENT and skill- up program of my Administration will favor them more.

1. I shall engage experts in Technology, commerce, captains in industry, Agriculture, tourism, sports, budgetary preparation, food security, transport, as well as professional Advisers to scale optimal results in my 1st year in office.
2. Obowo LGA shall partner with both local and foreign investors to provide/ revive existing cottage industries and factories , rural electricity/water projects, road construction, and maintainance of existing roads. Explore the use of solar energy as an alternative to electricity at the most minimal cost.

1. I shall, from time to time, consult with stakeholders, traditional rulers and institutions, youth and women groups, religious leaders, etc, and provide quarterly reports. Regular reach to all shall form my priority.
2. All political wards or autonomous communities shall make available all that they expect from Government in order of priority via the Eze or president Generals ,l as a Grassroot and rural mobilizer, I will ensure that all your requests will be budgeted and provided for in order of importance and also confirm completion within a recorded time. All Abandoned Government projects will receive attention as contractors who embezzled public funds will be recalled to complete the contract as specified in terms of contract.
