SEN. OSITA IZUNASO CONGRATULATES NIGERIAN CHILDREN ON CHILDREN’S DAY
The award winning senator Representing Imo West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Dist. Sen. Barr. Osita Bonaventure Izunaso has sent message of felicitation to Nigerian children on the auspicious Celebration of world children’s day.
Sen. Izunaso described children as gift given to mankind with which there is succession of generations and future for lives on Earth. He said that the gift of children is immeasurable and it’s impact on the family and the society, reassuring.
He noted that the economic challenges facing the country affect the capacity of parents to provide for the needs of children but assured them that tough times do not last but tough People do. He urged children to continue to be of good behavior, studious and diligent with their studies, shun social vices and seek true values in all they do.
According to the people’s Senator, as public servants “we are poised to challenge the tough times with decisions that will propel a new development order for the nation”, adding that tough decisions made today will.lead to fruitful future. He further stated that as legislators, they will continue to consider safety nets, programs and policies that will directly and indirectly impact on children for the good of the society and a brighter future for children.

Izunaso concluded by saying that Nigerians everywhere in the world are making waves, changing narratives positively and engraving their names in indelible history, and that is an attestation to the power of the resolute Nigerians and a future for our children. He congratulated Nigerian children and specially to Imo West Senatorial District on the year’s children’s day celebration.
Children, the future and hope of humanity, deserve every care and support to attain their full potentials.
