EZENGWORI NJABA STIRS UP FORMATION OF NJABA STAKEHOLDERS FORUM – ASSEMBLES ALL PROMINENT LEADERS ACROSS ALL POLITICAL DIVIDES
The high density chubby Lawmaker representing Njaba state Constituency in the hallowed chambers of Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Ozioma Worship Benneth Ebonine, Ezengwori Njaba, that means king of enjoyment, has cracked a hard nut in the leadership architecture of Njaba Constituency.
Ezengwori realised that leaders of Njaba LGA are more inclined to party leaning while some do not belong anywhere, and that is affecting the sociopolitical development of Njaba.
In his wisdom, there is a time for politics and a time for governance. According to the densely built Lawmaker, time of politics could mean that everyone follows his conviction about power game and once it is over, comes the time of governance. And in governance, coming together as a bunch means the strength of the people and the only way the people can negotiate meaningfully. The event held on 26th March, 2024 at Titanic View Hotel, Owerri.
Moderating the event, Chief Chuma Nnaji, a political Titan in Njaba, commended Ezengwori for deeming it wise to galvanize all leaders and stakeholders beyond party delineation. He urged him to sustain the tempo, as according to the former Lawmaker and commissioner, Ezengwori is on the right track. He confessed that he conceived the same idea but failed short of putting it to action.
While Prof. Uba Nnabue was addressing the gathering, he commended Ezengwori for the Initiative and charged the administrative leaders of the forum to hit the ground running immediately.
Among the people that honoured the invitation to form the forum were Chief Chuma Nnaji, former Deputy Speaker and former Commissioner in Imo State, Hon. Chino Obioha, former Lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Amb. Uju Onwudiwe, PhD, former Lawmaker, Chief Vitalis Ugochukwu Obi, Etiokwe Njaba, former Solad, Hon. Emeka Iheanacho, former IMC chairman, Dr Obinna Duruji, former Commissioner, Dr Barth Okorochukwu, former Commissioner, Dr Austin Agbahiwe, Barr. Chris Duru, Chief Tony Mgbudom, Big Fish, Hon. Dan Onumara, Hon. Chigozie Ibenjo, Abana, Mrs Uju Nwaugo, APC Chairman Njaba LGA, and a host of others.
Dr Austin Agbahiwe was made the head of the team lead of the Njaba leaders Forum, assisted by Rt. Hon. Amb. Uju Onwudiwe, PhD, Igolo Njaba.
Njaba leaders observed a minute silence for the departed duo in the person’s of Chief Chris Chukwuemeka Ohuruzo, Ishimmiri Amucha, and Chief Samjack Okoro. And the leaders of the forum were charged to coordinate the burial programs and ensure that Njaba is properly coordinated.
Ezengwori offered to provide uniform for the Njaba leaders Forum free and stated that the uniform is not meant as burial uniform but official clothe of the forum.
Hon. Ozioma Ebonine has shown leadership dexterity, galvanizing the dispersed People and leadership of Njaba to become a people known with a positive attribute of collectivism.
Chief Chuma Nnaji cautioned the leaders about running individually and told them that individual effort cannot yield anything meaningful but that through collectivist approach, great reward will come the way of Njaba and the people.
Ezengwori is sustaining the tempo of bulldozing all barriers to integration of Njaba as a single entity with common front pushing for progress and development of the people, not an action centered on selfishness and egocentricity.
