MR. CHUCK NATHAN CHIKWUEMEKA OKORO CONFIRMED AS COMMISSIONER NOMINEE AS HOUSE CONSTITUTE STANDING COMMITTES.

The Imo State House of Assembly has screened and confirmed the nomination of Mr. Chuck Nathan Chukwuemeka Okoro from Isiala Mbano Local Government Area as commissioner in Imo State.

Confirming Mr Chuck Nathan Chukwuemeka in the Hallowed Chamber, the Speaker Rt. Hon. Chike Olemgbe read a letter he received from His Excellency Sen. Hope Uzodimma requesting the House to confirm the commissioner nominee.

Earlier,in an executive session, the speaker Rt. Hon. Chike Olemgbe constituted an ad-hoc screening committee with Hon. Chisom Ojukwu as the Chairman , was advised to report progress at the plenary.

Hon. Sam Ikechukwu Osuji representing Isiala Mbano State Constituency described The commissioner nominee who was described as a well-read, intelligent man by Hon. Sam Osuji of Isiala Mbano state constituency, maintained that mr Chuck Nathan Chukwuemeka is Worthy and ready to deliver his duties effectively. Hon Osuji thanked His Excellency Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodinma for beaming his search light on a person of Mr Chuck .
