Okwudor Ancient Kingdom comprising of Okwudor and Ihebinowerre Autonomous Communities made a clear statement of appreciation for their wife, Rt. Hon. Amb. Uju Onwudiwe, PhD, Igolo Njaba, as they organised post-service homecoming celebration in her honour.
The event started with Thanksgiving mass celebration at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Okwudor and the reception followed at Central School Field, Okwudor.
The Sole Administrator of Njaba Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Vitalis Ugochukwu Obi, Etiokwe Njaba, a great son of Umuduruoma, Umuduruogba, Okwudor led the President Generals of Okwudor and Ihebinowerre and the woman leaders, youth leaders, titled men and people of Okwudor Ebenasato to officially receive Igolo Njaba pronouncing upon her that she proved to be a pride of the land. In his words, Igolo Njaba set a new record of representation as a Lawmaker for Njaba Constituency for which Okwudor Ancient Kingdom celebrates her.
Ochendo Njaba, Chief Vincent Egbuchilem, the President General of Amiyi Autonomous community and a business mogul, was the chairman of the occasion. In his opening remarks, Ochendo eulogised Ugololo Okwudor as a quintessential lady with character, brain, beauty and altruistic compassion. He said that Igolo Njaba proved to be a new face of political personality who stands by her words and proves reliable and dependable.
Dr Udoka Ukewuihe, UD Jesus, President of Mmili oma Foundation and cerebral Nuclear Physicist, hailed Igolo Njaba as a strong inspiration to many. He added that her detailed nature and zeal to impact on lives is legendary. He affirmed that Igolo Njaba was instrumental to the success of Mmili oma’s success in empowerment of youths through cucumber farming.
The President of Gozie Abana Foundation and the GLO of Amucha I, Hon. Chigozie Ibenjo congratulated Ezinne Uju Onwudiwe on her homecoming adding that consistent qualitative service that lasted for eight years is not a joke. He added that Igolo Njaba has set a new blueprint of quality service and that many have come to realize that service to people goes with simplicity, availability, assessibility, sense of humility and dedication to service.
In his words Agunaechemba Njaba, High Chief Dr Eddy Ikwubuo, praised Igolo Njaba for being an eloquent voice and the face of Njaba during the course of her service. He insisted that Njaba was raised to a new level of relevance courtesy of her Sterling performance.
Ezengwori Njaba praised Igolo Njaba for her courage and visionary leadership, which according to the legislator, stabilized the political atmosphere of Njaba and provided the needed focal centre. He added that her grassroots grip is legendary and assured her that the mantle transfered to him will not be diminished.
Other leaders such as Ichie Peter Okorocha, Hon. Mrs Uju Nwaugo, Chief Chibuzor Otugeme, Ebubedike, etc., took turns to eulogize the former gazelle of the green Chambers as messages of felicitation and Goodwill flowed like a rushing stream.
Accordingly, Comrd. Chibuike Justice Kalu, Akonauche Njaba was at his element as he worked together with Leadership Sustainability Coach to make the day.
Congratulations to Ezinne, Ugosimba, Ugololo, Rt. Hon. Amb. Dr Uju Onwudiwe, PhD, Igolo Njaba, for successful completion of two tenures in the legislative Chambers, making Okwudor and Njaba Constituency proud.
