OCHENDO LEADS NJABA BOOTHS EXECUTIVES VERIFICATION COMMITTEE, CHARGES ELECTORATES TO VOTE FOR SEN. HOPE UZODIMMA FOR CONTINUITY OF GOOD WORKS

Chief Vincent Egbuchilem, Ochendo Njaba was appointed at APC stakeholders meeting to head Njaba booths Executives verification exercise. Constituting the Committee, the Sole Administrator of Njaba Local Government Area, Chief Vitalis Ugochukwu Obi, Etiokwe, flanked by the Njaba LGA APC chairman, Hon. Chief Dan Onumara, the house of Assembly member, Hon. Ozioma Worship Ebonine and a host of leaders and stakeholders of Njaba, constituted the committee and charged them to deliver on their mandate.

Etiokwe said that the essence of setting up the Committee is to conduct verification of the 27 man Executives of each booth of the 134 polling booths of Njaba, in order to ensure grassroots presence. He added that time has gone when people write fictitious names to fill up lists to submit in order to corner whatever should be provided from the state. He insisted that every benefit coming to the booths will henceforth reach the people since their Executives are verifiable. He maintained that the governor, Sen. Hope Uzodimma is particular about real grassroots involvement not fictitious claims.

Commencing the exercise of booths Executives verification today, Friday, at Community Primary school Okwudor, Ochendo Njaba reiterated the need for all to realise that booth is now being made more prominent in this political arrangement and urged the people to take the exercise most seriously as the Committee intends to do thorough job. He assured them that the governor has maintained a track record of quality performance and as such wants to do more for the people. He further added that Governor Uzodimma is the best option for the governorship Election come November, and urged all to support his re-election bid.

The accreditation of the various booths was conducted through the directive of the secretary of the committee, Dr Udoka Ukewuihe, UD Jesus. Other Committee members assisted in executing the task.

Eight polling units were accredited at Community Primary school and the committee moved over to the next centre at Premier town school. Okwudor wards with 22 booths is scheduled for verification today, Friday.

The verification at Community Primary school covered the booths in Umuseke and umuelem Okwudor, while those for premier Town School Okwudor are Umuewi, Umuneke and Umuokwara zones.

The last centre for verification for the day will be at Central school Okwudor, where Abazu, Umuofeke and Umuduruogba zones will be accredited.

The exercise is a clear indication of the readiness of Njaba leadership to prepare grounds for the landslide victory of Sen. Hope Uzodimma come November 2023 governorship Election.

The electorates from Umuseke and Umuelem came out in large numbers according to the strict requirements of booth leadership and commended the committee for good job done. Delivering vote of thanks, Amb. Anthony Akalugo, a former leader of Legislative Aides of imo State House of Assembly and leadership Sustainability Coach, and booth leader of Umuakaje Hall booth 013, assured the verification team of the resolve of the landlords of Nnenasaa to give full support to the re-election of Gov. Hope Uzodimma. He also commended the good leadership of Chief Vitalis Ugochukwu Obi, the sole Administrator of Njaba, and prayed that God will continue to to guide and protect all.
