ÇONGRATULATIONS TO DIST. SEN. OSITA IZUNASO, IT’S AN AFFIRMATION OF YOUR VICTORY AT THE POLLS
The Elections Petitions Tribunal sitting in Nasarawa today upheld the victory of Dist. Sen. Osita Izunaso, as the duly elected senator Representing the good people of Imo West senatorial district.
The judges stated that Chief Charles Ahize, Akpuruka, could not establish veracity of his claims that alleged manipulation.
It is important to realise that plaintiff in Election matters has a burden of proof. He who alleges must prove beyond all reasonable doubt.
It is well-known fact that Akpuruka n’Orlu is not a Match to Senator Osita Izunaso despite the fact that he enjoyed the wave of obidient swing.
Sen. Osita Izunaso is the person Orlu zone chose to represent us and he has been showing that capability since assumption of office. What the tribunal has done is to uphold the mandate of the people rightly given to him.
