Acdore Media interfaced with the management of Rento Hotel and Suites following a complaint of alleged negligence and erratic power outage at Chief Oliver Nwagbala hall, the event centre of Rento Hotel and Suites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The said power outage led to abrupt end of the ongoing birthday celebration of a valued client. Approaching the management of Rento Hotel and Suites, Acdore Media did due diligence to determine the veracity of the report and to extract the views of the Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responding to an interview of Acdore Media, the Managing Director, Mr Michael Chigbuogu Chukwuma, leading the management team of Rento Hotel, acknowledged that there was power outage reported during an event in the facility of Rento Hotel and Suites but quickly clarified that the management regretted such occurrence and quickly swung into action to remedy the situation and found lasting solution to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Managing Director attributed the situation to failure of electrical installation, which he said was sudden and unannounced and added that the management was pained by the situation and strongly apologised to the customer and to all who were affected and informed the media that they took immediate action to rectify the fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On how they addressed the situation, Mr Chukwuma stated that they took it in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
